Perhaps you seek better sleep? More mindful eating? Becoming more active? Less pain? More connected to social support? More stillness and nurturing in your life?

You are the expert in the what/how/why of your change. I am a Mayo Clinic health coach here to support you, explore your wisdom with you, and keep you moving towards your goals. My expertise is in helping you navigate any ambivalence or self-doubt you feel and to reassure you that behavioral change has very little to do with “discipline”. It has more to do with defining what nourishes you and playfully experimenting until you find what works. Our conversations will celebrate the support and strengths you already have. We then will break the changes you want to make into simple, enjoyable experiments that can be modified until we find out what works best.

I recommend 3-6 weekly 50min coaching sessions to explore your goals and vision. Then weekly or biweekly 25min follow up sessions for 2-6 months until you see the change that you desire and feel confident applying your strengths and playful experimentation to any new health concerns on your own. If you are my Craniosacral Therapy client, you are welcome to combine both services into a single session. I am happy to email or text about questions or follow up between weekly sessions at no additional charge.

25min introductory call: $40 deposit, which is applied toward your first full session

50min full session: $135

4-pack of 50min sessions: $ 480 ($120/session)

25min follow up session: $75
